I had called over a week prior and spoke with a gentleman over the phone regarding a quote to tint 6 windows and the panoramic moon roof. The gentleman on the phone inquired about my vehicle. He even Googled pictures to get a better understanding of the size of the moon roof. I was given a quote of $300 and no tax. I verified that $300 covered 6 windows AND the panoramic moon roof. The gentleman said not once, but twice that $300 covered all windows except the windshield. I show up a week later for my scheduled appointment to have my windows tinted, and the first thing I’m told is that the total price to tint 6 windows and the panoramic moon roof is $500. I reminded them of our phone conversation with the agreed upon price of $300, but they wouldn’t honor it. This entire experience is a classic bait and switch tactic to dishonestly get customers in the door and bully them out of their hard earned money to enrich themselves. With a business being so blatantly dishonest, how can you trust that they are using quality tint film? Will they honor a “lifetime warranty” on workmanship? Edges are clean and rear glass looks good. They tint the entire back glass. Had a few water bubbles but dried out in about 2 days. Responsive when asking for quote and reasonable prices. I inquired for ceramic window tint, Gena was really nice and explain all the different types of film they offer, I went with the Ceramic Window Tint which also comes with lifetime warranty against any bubbling, peeling and fading. If you’re in San Francisco or the Bay Area I would definitely look for a place like Grizzly Style to get your car right the first time. I wanted to get all the windows tinted and for the back window to be tinted in one piece. They offered me a great price and the tint was done beautifully. The work was smooth, professional and I’m really happy with it. Offered the quotation over the picture with low price promotion, then requoted when seeing the car. Both side agreed with the new price, gave the key, came back end of the day and the car was not done. The whole time the car was in the shop, no communication about the proplem with the window. Low price yes, professional NO. Take your chance.
