His customer service is top notch and is very responsive. He returned my call within minutes, gave me some helpful tips on coatings, and showed me around the studio when I arrived. I had an idea of what my car would look like, but I was blown away when I came for pickup. It didn’t even look like the same car anymore. Sachin even offered for me to bring it back in a few weeks if I had any issues or concerns that I may not have noticed initially. I had a phone consultation with Sachin and then scheduled a in-person consult the very next day. Sachin was very kind, went over several different options as to protecting our car, and also performed an onsite inspection of the car. We decided to go with a single layer of icon rocklear and full front PPF. We left our car with him for about 2 days and picked it up yesterday. They are a relatively new business but they went above and beyond in explaining the options and making recommendations without being too pushy.
