Review: I tried all morning to reach someone in Customer Service but kept being directed to download their mobile app. Their insured rear-ended me and I was trying to file my claim thru them and not my insurance but their automated system conveniently made it impossible to speak with a HUMAN BEING. ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE
