Review: I am very happy with how the water taste, price, and the service. The service is great because you can rinse your jugs, cloths to dry them, and carts to bring your jugs back to your car. Overall great customer service!

Review: The Alkaline water is the best. Incredible taste and purity. I get 20-30 gallons a month. Reasonable pricing too.

Review: I am a regular Alkaline-water customer. Clean store, lovely mural and great pricing. I also love the ladies working here. They are always nice and helpful. They also gave my doggo a treat last time. Great service!!!

Review: Terrible customer service. After my husband has been coming here for 20 year, we will longer be frequenting here. I came in alone and was rudely asked if it was my first time, when using my husband’s account she made me give my full name (jfc, it’s a water store). Then when asked how many gallons I had, she didn’t believe me and counted herself. To the older woman with the long white hair, I’m so sorry your day was bad but no need to be so rude.

Review: I am here monthly to get my water. Everything is very clean and they provide carts to push your jugs of water to your vehicle. Plus, customer service is great. Only thing is, it is really hard to find parking.

Review: I had been loyal customer, one thing I don’t and won’t tolerate is the the bad service and not refunding customers their money when they never did a service. This company is charging customer with services, when no services was ever done. My experience with this company is below satisfaction i would like to assure that no other customers get use like i did. At this point they are not responding to any of my calls. Bad,terrible service. This will go further into I get my refund.
