Review: these guys were phenomenal. did an excellent job installing my alarm I was having door lock issues the whole opening of closing mechanism wasn’t working all that well it dialed everything in for me installed the alarm. Brandon the guy dealt with was knowledgeable,explained everything to me couldn’t be happier. and I don’t leave reviews often if I do I’m either really happy or really really pissed. pricing was amazing too

Review: This place is the best because of Brandon. He will tell you straight up as it is and give you accurate descriptions of what youre looking to have done to your car at an honest price. He’ll tell you himself, if you want something cheaper, you can find it. But if you want the best quality for your buck, he’s the guy. Installed a new sound System in my Sante Fe and the vehicle is BUMPIN! Will definitely be back for my next sound upgrade, or if I want to add any gadgets to my whip, Id rather go here where I know it can be installed properly and without cosmetically damaging my interior or exterior.

From our initial conversation, Brandon was incredibly helpful. He guided me through my options without pressuring me into any decisions. He took my budget into account, starting with a higher-end system and working our way down as needed. Brandon spent two hours answering my questions and providing recommendations, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Review: Simply the very BEST! I have worked with various car stereo install businesses for over 20+ years and I have never had a better experience than with Car Stereo City. I had an older luxury convertible with low miles that needed an update in technology (backup camera + apple carplay) while still maintaining the integrity and look of the original design. I knew this was going to be a bit of a challenge, but Brandon, the store manager, spent time trying to understand what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid (especially regarding the screen and visibility issues with a convertible). He did not try to sell me the most expensive parts but instead recommended what worked the best for my needs and provided various options… how refreshing. He and his team went above and beyond with the build process to ensure everything was done correctly. Often this is when shops sometimes shortcut something difficult just to get it done… not this business. Brandon almost over communicated to ensure I understand what was going on throughout the process and especially when a couple issues came up. Although this was not the first place I looked at for the install (actually fourth), it definitely was the last. Trust me, save your time and the hassle, and check out Car Stereo City first. You won’t need to go anywhere else. A+++ Workmanship and Customer Service!!!

Review: I was looking for a car stereo with an installation service to equip my car thoroughly. I browsed several shops in my area and found negative reviews for the service. Getting the installation done right away wasn’t urgent, but I wanted a new toy to enjoy music while driving. So I scheduled an appointment with the Car Stereo City team to evaluate the cost of a stereo and installation service. From the first minute of parking at the shop, Emud came out to greet me and invited me to see what the shop had to offer. Brandon gave me several options based on my criteria and budget and provided the estimates for the full service.
I had to wait four business days to have all auto parts arrive before everything was done (remember, every car model requires various auto parts, which might not be in the inventory). Despite waiting nearly one week, the team kept me in the know and posted me on where we stood. I could not be happier when the stereo was finally installed. The image was crystal clear, with no scratch on the back. I immediately connected my phone to test music; it was louder than my previous outdated stereo! I am blessed to have found this shop with outstanding customer service — Emud and Brandon genuinely care about their customers and are always willing to go above and beyond to help people like me to get what we look for. If I need anything in the future, I’ll know I have a back where I can return to get the quality and comfort! Thank you, guys!!!

After over one year of excellent operation, the reverse camera broke down and stopped responding. I contacted the team and asked to inspect if the wires were disconnected somehow or if any motion caused an issue. I expected the replacement/repair would take several hours or have me return the next business day. However, Brandon texted me within an hour letting me know everything was done. I can’t express enough appreciation for the prompt and professional work.
