Review: If I could give Mike ten stars, I would. Mike’s customer service is unparalleled and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Appearance Solutions.
I had an unknown problem with the new custom rims I installed on my C8. When I dropped off my car, Mike went the extra mile to diagnose the rim problem and he even communicated with the manufacturer to let them know what was causing the issue. Mike’s helpfulness had nothing to do with his product, but he saved me by solving the mystery and a potential safety issue. Now that’s going way beyond.
Upon picking up my car, it looked amazing. Everything was done to perfection. Mike continuously kept me informed of the status of the car and it was completed within the promised timeframe.
Mike had come highly recommended by a friend and now I will be highly recommending Appearance Solutions as well. Great job Mike!!
