Jose gives the best customer service I’ve come across, the way we all wish it was. He’s so polite and friendly and his work is 100% excellent. He has replaced a couple windshields, a driver side window and a couple of power window mechanisms for me over the years and I’ve never had any problems afterwards. He’s quick to respond and is always on time or early. Very reliable and honest. And, his prices are very reasonable. I rarely review and absolutely needed to leave a review for Jose. He was incredibly professional, he communicated well. His pricing was very competitive and he even came to me and serviced my vehicle while I was at work. With a reasonable price, a workable schedule, a remote service there is no one else you should be calling for windshield repair. I’ve had the windshield for a few weeks now and have found no issues. 10/10. I got a text message from this company with a pretty good price on a window. I met him on the side of the road in Perris, he replaced the window and 2 days later the window dropped half way down and got stuck sticking 6 inches out the door frame. I contacted the guy and sent him pictures of my window he responded with ” looks like you can grab the window and pull it up.”.
