I called on a Friday evening. I spoke with Dorian. He gave me a general quote. I went in he verified the quote by looking up my VIN. He told me he could have the replacement windshield in by the following morning. I took my car in at 9:00. He had done by 10:45. It looks great. They did a fantastic job.
