Review: This service was horrible! I had to bring my car back three times to have it redone because of his (Art the owner) lousy mistakes. He was very rude about it as well, he has no customer service and does not care about his customers AT ALL. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to encounter rude comments for his mistakes. It is not worth your money go somewhere else. He spoke to my father is such a disrespectful matter “ you’re too picky and you talk too much” when they were simply having a conversation about what was going on with the tinted window. Of course if you spend almost $300 you’re going to be picky about your item. It’s my money i’m spending, i’m expecting good quality not bad quality. He also told us disrespectfully to not bring our car back. So we definitely won’t be and i hope others don’t either. Horrible experience i’ve ever had.

Review: Sent them a quote request on yelp at 2018 and they didn’t reply. Called in and they quoted $280 and CASH ONLY. It wasn’t the best neighborhood but went to the gas station atm anyways. And customer service was horrible and has nowhere to wait and it took 4 hours. A few days later after getting the tint done, they replied on yelp saying its going to cost $200 (screenshot attached) …. now 3 years later the tints have bubbles. They had 5 year warranty but they are being a horrible shop as they claim they are busy and gave me a 9 am appointment. I went in and they said they just called me to see the bubbles on the tint, which took literally 5 seconds and asks me to come a week later a 9 am and mentioned its going to take 4 hours just for the back window. I’d rather pay some other shop to get new tints than go back to fix it for free with them
