Astro Eclipse Window Tinting

Got pinnacle 30/15 full tint and passenger side started bubbling. I reached out in November 2022 I spoke with someone and lady told me to text image which I did and heard back nothing. Life got busy and I recently followed up July 23 and they said they will try with pinnacle warranty but probably won’t cover. Lady also stated this happens with time and how I expose my car to the sun, hence only happening on passenger side front but not back window. I don’t expect to hear back. I will keep my fingers crossed. Never once do they take responsibility or apologize for not following up. I wouldn’t go back just from customer service let alone the bad install. I called another tint shop cuz I want it fixed and they said if I had a receipt that they did the job they would replace it!!! I never should of gone to a place like this just to save few$$ only to have to go back to spend $$ again on something that should last u for at least 5-7 years. Go to a quality installer that stands by their work and have super clean lines on their film cut. You’ve been warned. Took my brand new sierra to astro eclipse because my neighbor had both his vehicles tinted by them and it looked great. When I realized the amount of bubbles on every window I called to see if I could get it re done. I was asked to bring it in so they could see it so I did. the young lady in the front office took some pictures got my info and said she would speak to her manager about it but not before giving me excuses on why they wouldn’t re do the tint. two weeks later and I didn’t hear back so I called again. They had no clue who I was and never heard of my issue but still all I got was attitude and excuses about the bubbles. “sometimes dust gets in the tint” and “industry standards allow for a certain amount of bubbles” said they would call me back and might have to bring my truck back for inspection. Been 3 weeks now and haven’t heard from them. I definitely won’t go back and neither will my neighbor after this. Save your money go to a professional tint shop.
