Initially came in after getting 2 of my windows broken into. They were able to fix it that day which was nice. Initially quoted around $550. I happened to call around and got another quote that was $330 so they dropped the price to $400 and we agreed to have it done there. They told me they were going to use a specific brand and then when I got the car it wasn’t that brand which was fine. I realized there was a stain on the glass that couldn’t be removed – it looked like it was on the inside. They were kind enough to replace it for free – the first time the glass didn’t fit well so I came back a second time. Now my window auto close mechanism doesn’t work – it’ll roll down halfway after closing. I called and spoke with someone at the main office – she said it might be something I have to check with the dealer about but that they can take a look at it to make sure it fits well. The original store agreed as well. I went back today – spending time and gas to go there after work only to be told that it was definitely a dealer issue and the technician refused to even look at it. So I just wasted my time/effort which made me upset. Definitely watch out for one of the front desk ladies – she has an attitude for sure. I’m not sure why she’s working a customer service job.
