The day I called I got an estimate and they began work the following Monday. The price was the best around and the work was immaculate. But the great thing is that all of the workers, from Ken to everyone I came into contact with, truly care about their work and helping people. I’m happy to say that I will be taking my car of back here for any other work it needs. Best place in Southern California. Ken is a terrific guy who even drove to my house to return my Tesla key which I had forgotten to ask for. I had an all-over body tune-up, touching up all the little scratches it had accumulated over 6 years, and a more serious repair on the bumper. Now the car is brand new again, a fitting celebration for finally paying off the original car loan. I was helping coordinate the repair of my daughter’s car. Ken was the most responsive and gave me the best price of anyone I contacted. I ended up not using him bc his shop was too far away from my daughter. When it came time to pay the other mechanic, I accidentally paid Ken through a QB invoice. My Tesla model 3 was scraped on the passenger side taking the paint. Ken came highly recommended by a dear friend. The process from start to finish was seamless due to Ken making it so. When I picked my car up I couldn’t tell if anything had ever happened and he professionally detailed my car as well! I couldn’t recommend Ken more. Contacted Ken at Auto Body Auto Care on Saturday, sent photos, had an estimate Sunday and dropped car Monday. Ken and the team took great care of me and within a week the car was ready. Door was beautifully repaired an other scuffs overall cleaned up too! Car looks new, and a very fair price. Going to take the other car in to have some wear and tear scuffs and scratches cleaned up. Ken was awesome – he was very accommodating with the millions of questions I asked and also very accommodating with when I was dropping my car off due to my personal scheduling issues. Ken also gave me a estimate for the time it would take for the repairs, and he was right on time! Price was reasonable, and my bumpers look brand spanking new and my car back to new. I love it! I am very glad I had it repaired with Ken at Auto Body Auto Care, and hopefully, I do not need any other repairs due to collision, but if I ever did, I know where I would reach out to have my car repaired! We got quotes from all the other places suggesting prices that are over half of my car’s current market value. When we contacted Ken, he knew well my cars value and where we were standing at in terms of budget. He was willing to give us all the options available (and he showed up in our place to just do an estimate !) . He’s patient and communicative when we’re making decisions and never pushed us into committing things. He’s also very friendly, honest and also response to our questions quickly. And even it’s budget work, the outcome was better than we thought and they’re definitely works with high quality ! He also did a nice cleaning/touch up both inside and outside of the car for free. Pickup and drop off service was definitely convenient saving a lot of traveling hassles too. The service he provided was just awesome and can’t ask for better! I’d definitely recommend him to everyone. Thank you Ken for saving us a lot of money !
