The price for the various jobs was great. Alvaro offers military discount, which is highly appreciated. He explained the process thoroughly and answered the many questions I asked. He was very professional and patient in answering my questions. I got my new Range Rover sport wrapped Satin Black here. These guys did an amazing job!! It doesn’t even look like a wrap, it looks painted on. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great price, fast service, friendly staff and clean shop. I purchased a stripe package for my camaro from true customs in Chula Vista in august 2020. I guess this is his wrap guy. I showed Able at true customs a picture of the stripes I wanted. He forwarded it to this place. When I went to pick it up a week later it was the wrong design. Alvaro said he would fix it, which he did but I had to wait another week. When I went to pick it up it still wasn’t exactly what I wanted but I accepted it anyways cuz I didn’t wanna leave it for another week. I had also purchased ceramic coating on the stripes. April 2021 I noticed the roof and trunk stripes were browning out. The hood looked fine though. I called able at true customs and after two months was able to set up a time to bring it in: First thing Alvaro says is it’s from “lack of maintenance”. I get my car hand washed once a week AND it was supposed to have ceramic coating, so this didn’t fly. Then he says it’s from “cheap material”. When I asked why the hood is fine and not the top and trunk he said he had to order those from the website I showed him a picture of (I contacted them and they said it should last 5-7 years. Made in Ohio, not China like he said). So his excuse was that he was able to cut the hood stripes, but apparently didn’t have the ability to cut the top and trunk stripes. That makes absolutely no sense, but I guess it explains why it doesn’t look like the pics I showed. I told him I was given a 1 year warranty on the stripes and he said I would have to take it up with Able at trues customs. I did and the answer I was given was that they can fix it but it would cost me another $200 for materials. (Apparently they now have the ability to cut the stripes using 3m). I’ve already paid $1400 for the package and now they want another $200? Granted that price also included some side stripes, which are peeling as well. Im not gonna put the pricing on wraps fx since I bought it through true customs, but I would expect better answers than what I got. I won’t be going back here. It’s gonna cost me $400 to get it replaced somewhere else but at least I know it’ll be done right. The stripes I had previously lasted 5 years without ceramic coating Edit: Thank you for your reply. But I did not supply a “kit”. I showed pictures of what I wanted and apparently your guys weren’t able to make it so THEY ordered the kit, not me. How could they “custom” make the hood, which was probably the hardest part, (and still got it wrong), but not the top and trunk? I see no custom here, just laziness.
