I scheduled an appointment in advance and showed up right on time. The truck was taken in the back and finished within an hour as I waited in the lobby. The appointment was confirmed and I received a reminder. I arrived a few minutes late, but all was good. I was welcomed appropriately and helped immediately. The different products were explained to me. This gave me a better chance to pick the correct product for my vehicle. The prices were at or just above the market rate. I have been here before, so I know the job will be done correctly. The materials and the professional job, justify the cost. (I have been to other places in the past and the price may have been a little better, but the job had many flaws). They seemed super nice and transparent, and fair price. I thought I was a rather easy customer knowing what I want; limo window tint all around. Seemed pretty straight forward and I could appreciate that I got a straight forward price of $225 for my ford sedan. To give more context I have much experience with getting my cars tinted. I own 17 cars and 11 of those being out passenger vans for my company. Okay so we booked appointment I arrived at shop with an Uber ready to take me. But wait., little did I know that when I arrived the shop the guy stopped me from leaving real quick to explain different packages. I was like wow what ?? I was so confused. So now the gentleman is explaining so much information and showing me so many different types of window tint. And basically leaving me thinking that I got the cheep inexpensive window tint, saying things like “this window tint lets less sun in and etc etc I was like sir I just want simple window tint and I don’t appreciate the fact that you don’t explain this over the phone with customers. I told him this is very misleading and dishonest. “I am not a cheep customer I never ask for discounts. I believe that if you provide a service and a price that is your value I will not devalue you and your service. But this was straight up dishonest. I am not even a person to write reviews. But they texted me asking me to leave a review. So I will do this for temecula customers. In the end I did get the window tint down I got the cheep one. And I honestly I feel like it is cheep. Maybe that’s because I was basically told so.. but I feel it’s see through in comparison to my other vehicles. So yeah. I will say they did provide the service in a timely, time and they were nice with the follow up and delivery. I am not happy because I feel this company is dishonest. Sorry that’s truth. What I can recommend for the customer and the company is to be transparent on phone call and the Customer to ask and ask and keep asking if they are being quoted the honest Ana straight forward quote. One more thing, when I originally called and got the quote for my ford, I also asked for a separate quote for my Honda, just for the front windows, that price was good. I made clear that it has two small windows as well in front. So basically passenger and driver plus small little window toward front. I was very clear. I was quoted $110 I asked again at shop and that completely changed again… Anyways that’s all for this review it’s stressing me out! Good luck. 👍 VIP WINDOW TINT (Temecula)
