The technicians who replaced 2 fairly large windows and the office staff were wonderful. Also, I did some price research and their prices were very reasonable. I called around and was quoted a very high price to fix it. I called Glass Doctor and spoke to Shirley, she was very knowledgeable and professional. This had happened on a Thursday and the following Monday Shirley had a technician to my house. His name is Byron, he also was professional and fantastic!! The experience from start to finish was great! This is an amazing company, and their prices are very reasonable. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Shirley and Byron. I am recommending your company to everyone I know. They had become very dingy, especially the ones on top, some of the dual panes had broken and the panes were foggy, and they were letting a lot of heat into the house. I got three estimates and Glass Doctor was the only one who could do the whole project. They also had the best price. I’m so happy with the job that Glass Doctor did! The new panes are slightly tinted, no more heat first thing in the morning, and they look beautiful!
