Shout out to the ladies up front and to Chris who went above and beyond. Took care of some minor blemishes in addition to the actual covered damage at no extra cost to myself. Unbelievable service! Everything started out great and they were very communicative on the status of my vehicle but after 3 weeks there it just dropped off. I had to call multiple times a day for a status update, left messages for the rep assigned to me, and never received calls back from him. After 30 days there the rep told me that the vehicle would have been ready but the technician scratched the bumper so it had to go back to paint. This was a frustrating delay but things happen and I understood. The rep told me I could pick up my vehicle the following day after 3pm on Friday. I had work that day and could not pick it up so I asked if I could pick it up Saturday instead. He said I was welcome to pick it up between 8am and 12pm. Around 9am my husband called just to make sure before he made the 40 minute drive there. The woman who answered told him that our car was not ready and she did not have the pick up paperwork for it. She also told him that if our car was ready then our rep would have called us. My husband explained that he did tell us it was ready. I personally called back and asked what could be done to pick up my vehicle today since I have a trip out of town planned for this afternoon and I need my vehicle. She said nothing could be done. I asked if I could please speak to a manager. She said there was no manager there and all she could do was take a message and have them call me on Monday. I asked if a manager could please return my call today and she said no. I asked her why our rep would tell us the car was ready for pick up if it wasn’t. She had no answer and no solution. I asked if there was a tech onsite who could check for the paperwork so my car could be picked up and she said there was no one that could help me until Monday. I am not an angry person but this conversation and her total lack of empathy really upset me. As a manager myself in sales and guest service, I find this situation and the lack of resolution to be unacceptable. This is not how a customer should be treated. A manager is always just a phone call away so I know she could have reached out to one. The customer service was super and Chris was an excellent service advisor. He kept me updated with the work and some delays. He took my bumper off and damaged all underneath! I was devastated! I Went to Faith Auto Body and I had my front bumper replaced, and some other work done on the motor! I picked it up and it looked brand new! I Drove to work and it started to run a little hot, it wasn’t leaking, smoking all fluids were good’ The Next day I called Faith Auto body and that same day, they sent a tow truck to pick it up my car and had it all fixed and ready to go the same day! I couldn’t be happier! The customer service is excellent! Everyone is friendly! They had my car for a month, the service tech would call me weekly to give me an update on the progress of my car! I would send anyone I know to then!
