Scheduling went well, I didn’t see any expensive marble waiting rooms with tie-clad service advisors to jack up the price, and they were careful to document the things they recommended with pictures and get my approval in advance. I was in for a routine servcie and their inspection process seems to be quite good. They completed the work quickly and the price wasn’t cheap, but nor was it over the top. I would give them 5 stars except for one thing: they hounded me for reviews like crazy, including texting me several days, including Sunday at 8am (zzzz). I’m sure it is an automated system, but they need to turn down the volume on it. Note: I was going to “Griffin Auto Works”, but I think they are changing names to “Level Up Auto Styling”. Dennis and his team did an amazing job figuring out what was going on with my car. He saved me a ton of money on what the dealership told me was going to be a very expensive repair by looking for the root cause of the problem. He was even able to get a new battery for my car at a discounted price.
