Review: Estero glass is not good. I brought in a mirror to be cut down and installed. A week later I get a call saying that they broke the mirror but I could buy one of theirs at full retail. They said the mirror was old. Ridicules. The mirror was not old at all and I don’t think mirrors go bad.
They should at least have offered a discount on a replacement on the mirror they broke. Awful customer service.
