Edwin and his team are super friendly and walk you through all the variations of tints to ensure you get the one best for you. They put tremendous detail into the cleaning and tinting process and you can tell they proudly stand behind the quality of their work. Super happy with the results and the price is very fair. He was great at explaining the process and the difference between the tints available. Without any pressure from him, we went with the XR Plus and decided to do the 2 front windows, front windshield and added the glass roof on installation day (Wifey’s request). As most reviewers said, he will work with you and make sure you’re comfortable with their services and fees. He’s very honest to deal with and an overall great guy! His hermanos and wife are very thorough, and they make sure the glass is clean before applying the tint while protecting everything with plastic wraps and duct tape. Anyway, I came back on our agreed upon installation day and before the actual installation, Edwin installed a few strips of different shades of tints to help my wife and I decide on the final shade. This was extremely helpful because you can’t really tell how ‘dark’ a tint is until you see it in action. I’ve included some shots of the trial tints.. in the end we decided to go with 55% on the fronts and 20% on the glass roof. Now that we’re starting to see the sun out more, I can totally feel the difference from before. It was 95deg out last Friday and I can’t even feel the sun on my skin now, huge difference and totally worth it! Side note, they will basically dismantle the interior to make sure that the film sits inside the pillars, ceiling and other interior elements so it will take some time! Be ready to be able to leave the car with them when you book for the appointment. After installation, they will also clean and almost detail your entire car! Customer service at it’s finest! I just can’t say enough good things about the entire team! (pictured). BTW they also offer great prices on PPF and Ceramic Coating! Check them out! I highly recommend them! Just wanted to wait for a couple of weeks before leaving a review. Edwin and his crew removed the existing dealer-installed tint and installed Xpel Prime XR plus on front windshield and all around on my hatchback. TLDR: Immaculate service. Amazing attention to detail. Good communication. Reasonable price. A+. Would definitely use their service again. Price: Got in-person quotes from multiple XPEL certified window tint shops in the area. Very competitive pricing. Time: I dropped off my car at 7AM on a weekday and got it back around 5PM the same day (with tint removal). These guys won’t promise a super fast turnaround time — but it makes sense — they don’t want to sacrifice quality. They seem to work on only one car at a time — hence the extreme attention to detail. Quality: The film extends to the very edge of the windows and I can’t tell that they applied films. Tiny bubbles but they went away after a day or so. The chemical odor was gone in a couple of days. My interior was kept sparkling clean. They even wash your car when you return — I thought it was a nice touch. They were able to remove the mounts of the dashcams I had installed elsewhere (one of my concerns was the installer breaking these mounts — parts are hard to come by) and it was done perfectly. Communication: Very responsive throughout the process. Text / email. They have samples at different shades and the explanations I was provided were very through. Extremely patient. I was provided an XPEL guarantee / certification card that provides warranty at the end. Overall, it’s a great family owned business.
