Review: Been coming to this place for years. They always get the job done right at an affordable price! No bait n switch or games. If you want to save some $ and need a new window done right, check these guys out.
The place looks outdated but the workmanship and quality is 5**** If you have newer model they can also get the OEM from manufacter.

Review: Worst experience trying to get my window replaced. First, they charged $40 above quoted price on the phone supposedly bc they mixed up the car make/model. What auto shop mixes that up??
Afterwards I noticed the window was not 100% aligned but I could live with it. However turns out the whole job was faulty as my window fell down within a week!
When I brought it back to fix they were nice enough but no apologies and, after waiting the requisite 48 hrs “for the glue to set,” this time the window didn’t roll up or down at all! I gave up and decided to go elsewhere instead of risking having to come back to this place 4 times.
Went here because they were one of the only places open on a Sunday late afternoon even though I had gotten better quotes from places with better reviews, but would have to wait til Monday. I should have just waited because this was a waste of time and money.

Review: No warranty. Customer service no good. Trouble with replacement window. There plenty places to go on Mission Rd but even then that entire street needs to work warranty and customer service.

Review: I needed to have passenger window replaced. I pulled in, gentleman came over to my car in less than 1 min, asked what I needed. I told him & he went to check. Came back said they had the window. Quoted a price; when I accepted, he told me which “bay” to park car in. Then he led me to waiting area. I asked how long; he said 40 mins. 36 mins later it was done. I made sure it sealed & power window controls worked it up & down. Went to cashier window paid & was out in under an hour!
These folk know what they are doing & the meaning of customer service.

Review: Customer service is very low. The person in charge of the shop gives you attitude whenever you ask a question. After the windshield installation they didn’t clean my vehicle interior. They price is not the most affordable, it is in line with other shops around. I suggest you pay a little more for a better service.
