I was greeted quickly by co-owner Jake Han and his team. They were able to quickly confirm the reason why my drivers door would not close, the hinge (which my Toyota dealership couldn’t quite identify). Ironically, they were able to temporarily mend my current situation lifting the door up with some force to align the hinge while I awaited the part to come in the following business day. This saved me the pain of having to crawl through the passengers side door to get to my driver seat, and best of all, they did not even charge me for this! Upon showing up for my appointment, they were able to get my car in quickly and fixed with no further issues in about a hour next day. The price charged for all of this was very reasonable compared to the price I was quoted at the dealership. Jake and his team were all consummate professionals, understanding, and very friendly. I had bumped a strangers car while backing up and the clips of the grill and the grill needed to be replaced. They quoted half the price another place did. A couple months ago I had also changed my hubcaps and they had fallen off and they put it back on as just an extra service with no cost. Scott and Jake were amazing. They finished my car in 3 days, and even did a few extra things for no charge. The price is better than anywhere else I checked. But the quality is insane. Great guy, excellent service, no extra back and forth, just came in for work to be done. They did a fantastic job for my little car at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend if something unfortunate happens to your vehicle, this body shop is an excellent option to consider.
