Review: This is not only the worst experience I have ever had with any body shop, but in all customer service experiences I have had in my entire life. Some of their employees need a hard lesson on customer service and how it is and is not okay to speak to customers. Not to mention, my car has been completely ruined by these people to the point that I have had to file a lawsuit against them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. It will only result in a horrible headache, and absolute destruction of your property. My recommendation is that caliber close this location forever and teach their employees basic etiquette.
