I contacted the company originally by email and they promptly responded. We were able to work out times for installation and price. Upon arriving 5 minutes early, they were ready to begin and even finished an hour sooner than promised. Clean and everything works. The staff is friendly, the price was competitive and the service is awesome. But… I was unable to drop my car off so I asked, in advance over the phone, if they had a waiting room. The gentleman on the phone 2 days prior said yes so I decided to go through with the installation there. When I arrived, the tech told me that I could drop the car off and I asked where the waiting room was. I live to you not. Smh. The ‘waiting room’ was a folding chair at the edge of the garage parking lot.
