Review: horrible prices went in for a new sound system but they wanted close to 1000 dollars …I ended going back just for a kill switch install which was over 100 bucks….after my car was service my kill switch was disabled so I went back for a reinstall or repair. he quoted my 50$ so when I returned for the work to be done the price had went up to $75 dollars…don’t waste your time hd car stereo a couple miles down had way better prices, personnel and job well done

I find your response both unprofessional and insulting. First of all, I was not aware about the intricacies of the kill switch installation, which is why my mechanic had to spend extra time disabling it. It has cost me additional time and money.
I understand that you run a business, but your dismissive attitude and refusal to take any responsibility for the confusion is unacceptable, Your flippant remark about not giving away your labor and time is condescending and uncalled for.
Your lack of customer service and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns shows a blatant disregard for your clients. Suggesting that I don’t come back to your shop is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Businesses thrive on repeat customers and referrals, but with this kind of attitude, I doubt you’ll see much of either.
In the future, I suggest you learn to handle customer complaints with a bit more tact and professionalism. Your current approach is not only offensive but also damaging to your reputation.

Review: I took my Toyota to New Sound Wave Shop to have an alarm system installed, and it turned into a nightmare. Within a month, the alarm started malfunctioning—**locking me out of my car randomly** and **draining the battery** without warning. Some days it works; most days it doesn’t. When I returned with receipts to ask for a replacement or repair, the owner **refused to take responsibility** and became **aggressively rude and unprofessional**.
Instead of addressing the clear defect in their installation or product, he dismissed my concerns, argued with me, and even told me to **“get lost”** while stating he **“didn’t want my business anymore.”** No apology, no effort to fix their shoddy work—just disrespect and hostility.
**Save your time and money.** This shop delivers unreliable products, zero accountability, and appalling customer service. I’ll never return, and neither should you.
