I was able to get last minute, same day service by Diego. He was kind enough to come in on his day off to earn my business. He did a phenomenal inside/outside detail on my car. Price was worth it to me based on the work and the service. Since my service 3 weeks ago, Diego has been reachable, helpful, and overall a delight when I’m inquiring about other services. I will continue to send business their way when able to. 🤑 This has become “my place” for car detailing. Diego has become “my guy” for service. CS – before I even had work done there, I called twice to ask a few questions. The calls were about a month or two apart. Both times I spoke to the owner, Hector. Let me tell you, this dude spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the first time and about 15 minutes the second time. Not only did he answer my questions, but he educated me on the questions I answered. He took the time to ask me what/why and was able to give me knowledge on things I didn’t even think about. QoW – WOW. F’n wow. I purchased a graphene coating and window tint. I took my brand new F150 from the dealership straight to him. I thought new paint looked great, but after a two-stsge paint correction and the graphene coat, my paint looks like it’s wet…all the time. Dust hardly sticks to it, rain doesn’t spot, it’s unreal. He even detailed the inside which somehow looked better than when I bought the truck the day prior. Hector truly cares and is passionate about his craft. It shows in his work. On top of that, the price was unbeatable and offered more (paint correction, detail, etc) than anyone else around. I would recommend Hector and Genuine Auto Detail a thousand times over. To have that level of customer service along with the quality of work is something you can’t easily find. Even if you have a guy, or a place already picked out, just call or go by the shop.
