Review: Caliber is inflexible! They require you to block an entire day for mobile installation until the morning f the installation. Not sure why they cannot call the day before and block say only 1/2 of the day. Their policies are not the main reason for the bad review. The phone agent earned the 1 star for team. She was rude and hung up on me. This is a high volume shop with low customer service.There are a million shops that replace glass. One of them will be earning my business.
