I ordered the same service as last time and the quality of work didn’t falter a bit, turns out that’s because the same technician, Julian, worked on my car both times, and his attention to detail is unparalleled. Again, the flexibility of scheduling and convenience of having the team come out and do the work on site was just a bonus for an overall great experience. The follow up call I had with the owner to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work is just one example of how seriously they take customer service. Suffice to say, if customer service and quality of work are what you’re looking for, look no further. Previous review maintained below: First off, the shop was super busy, and the appt slot I wanted got booked while I was figuring out if the team would have room to work at my place. Dennis and Cess both bent over backwards to find a time that they could make work for my schedule. The service itself was nothing short of stellar. My car sat for months while I traveled and then I drove it for months without a detail while I got several things fixed. The wear was starting to show. After my service, it is absolutely gleaming and feels like a different car. I have been through it with a fine toothed comb and haven’t found anything I would have them do differently. I would highly recommend based on customer service and quality of care I received.
