I paid an extraordinarily high price (twice as much as my normal glass guys) for glass that has thousands of scratches. They deny that the glass can be scratched, but promised to come look and refund me the total amount. Not only have they not refunded my money, but they seem to be ghosting me. It is incredibly hard to take pictures of scratches in glass, so I did my best. Got the appointment setup easily and it only took a little over an hour while we waited in their comfortable lounge. The price was reasonable and on the mark as quoted, including tax, out the door.
