A little back story; I called for a quote on Sunday I was received very well and they ordered the windshield for our car and had it in by 3:30 the next day. We have been DoorDashing and were not able to make it in for the change that day but they scheduled us for first thing the next morning. My partner and I brought her children with us this morning and were ushered into a very comfortable and luxurious waiting room complete with coffee, snacks and large screen television with Netflix. The children were thoroughly entertained and had (5)stars in their eyes as we left. They seemed amazed at the hospitality shown and maybe a little giddy from the hot chocolate provided. The time from arrival to departure was right at one hour and the price we paid was just as quoted and that price was significantly lower than the quote we got from a major national brand(at least a 1/3 less). I don’t think we could have been any happier with the experience at Sierra Mobile Glass in Grass Valley. That said, I can recommend their services highly and encourage all of us to shop local! Sierra Mobile glass did NOT try to gouge us, and did a fantastic job replacing the windshield in shorter time than it takes to drive to a locq5ion, stand in line and talk to a representative. They came to us, all the way up in Dutch Flat and worked with us on the appointment day AND time. The guy was incredibly helpful, very informative and clearly knows his craft. If you’re like me, and you live and drive off the i80 I suggest you save this number to your contacts. They surpass everyone in terms of both pricing and service quality. As a mother of three, I can attest to the horror of finding your sole car’s windshield broken. Fortunately, Don and Diane were quite accommodating to my situation. Within the hour, they sent out Adam to take care of all my issues. Adam was really helpful and such a gentlemen the entire time. He informed me that he is a father himself, and children’s safety always comes first. He cleaned up all the glass that had fallen into my car. 10/10 recommended from the owners to their employees. I’ll be recommending this crew to everyone I know who has glass issues in the future.
