I dislike aftermarket glass – thin, wavy, greasy, non-insulating – its just not good for a nice car. Dealer couldn’t promise/commit to using OEM glass – apparently they don’t source glass and defer to a contractor. So I started calling around. Mike knew exactly what I wanted and why. His price for guaranteed OEM glass was only a little bit higher than the dealer for “We’ll request they use OEM, but no guarantees”. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Richard were able to fit me in quickly, which was a huge relief given my busy schedule. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted promptly and my car was taken in right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait pleasant. Richard explained the process to me and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. The glass replacement itself was done efficiently and with great care. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The technician even took the time to clean up after the job was done, leaving my car spotless. To top it all off, the pricing was very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. I felt that I got excellent value for the service provided. Overall, my experience with Hi-Quality Auto Glass was outstanding.
