We live all the way South, the first time we went there they only gave us a price quote and did not even work on our car because they said the person that will do it is not currently there so they made us come back another day. Then we went back on the day we was scheduled an appointment, just to find out they are now trying to upsell the price from the original quote they gave us. The drive going there is far and not easy, they could’ve gave us a call ahead of time if they were trying to upsell us so we did not have to go through all that troubles wasting our time to drive all the way just to find out what we originally came for, won’t get done. Plus, it doesn’t help either that my husband is a mechanic and they were trying to tell us stuff they need to do on the car that requires us to pay more. But my husband, as a mechanic, knows exactly that they do not need to do all that just to put a tint on a car. So obviously, they’re trying to market wrong products to a wrong customer. This company’s customer service is very poor and the way they handled conflicts with their customer is very unprofessional. Do not event try to bargain or do business with this people. Tony the owner was accommodating when I came in to ask about prices and when I could take the car in, he explains the difference between the kind of films there is for you to choose and how dark the windows will be with the tint percentage you want to select. He gave me a flat price for the 7 windows for my small Mazda Suv which seems a little better compared to other prices I checked online. I made an appointment for the next morning but you need to leave a 50 dollar deposit which just guarantees the business that you will use their services, if you change the appointment date for any reason you can reschedule without any problem and they will add the deposit to your payment. The process took a little over 3 hours so be prepare to wait a while. After it’s done Tony will explain to you what you can and can’t do while the film dries on you windows, FYI you won’t be able to lower you windows for about 3-5 days. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that I had to pay cash and there was a 10 dollar fee to use my debit card for every $100 so that means I had to pay $30 dollars more to use my debit so I instead went to the bank.
