Review: If you need glass replaced this is the place to use. Joseph helped me a great deal he tried to get the best price for the part I needed and called around for me. Nathaniel came out to my house and installed the window very quickly. They are professional and very helpful! Call them!

Review: Extremely RUDE! Horrible customer service! Would not recommend him based on his tone or responses to a valid question? Again he was extremely RUDE.
Update: Yes you were extremely RUDE! All I did was ask why you needed my VIN number since I had provided you with my make, model and year. If you had of explained it to me PROFESSIONALLY, I would have understood but you DID NOT. As I was speaking with you I was actually on my way to the car to provide it to you. As a consumer I am entitled to ask questions before I provide you with any personal information. If that’s your definition of having things done my way, well I guess you’re right. Thankfully, I have my windshield repaired, received good customer service, and the price was accurate. Again, extremely poor customer service! You could have handled things differently and a lot better!!
