Review: After reading all the reviews i still decided to give it at try. Install was good and clean., No issues so far. Installed a sub, amp and epicenter. Price is fair. Customer service is very straight forward, not the best. Its a business, not a chatting place. I believe at least 50% of the negative reviews are to guide customers to other business in town. Not cool.

Review: Call today to ask for deals. Woman who answered the phone refused to give me her name, refused to give me any information about the store. Would only individually price parts, spoke over me, and hung up on me when I asked her name

Review: Bad customer service, I don’t know if she’s the owner or the lady just runs the place. she is super rude, knows very little about audio systems. Make yourself a favor and avoid taking your car there!

Review: The rudest lady. don’t get fouled by the young guy who works for them. he messes with your car so then they can charge you. he pretends to be nice but he is same as the lady. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Review: 100% satisfying, great customer service, lady is nice and she gives great deals. I do recommend discounted stereo, I been buying stereos and speakers and no issues were given.
