Review: Novus did an amazing job and replaced my window in an hour! The staff was very kind and friendly. Their price was much much better than what I was quoted at another place and I was very happy with their work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

Review: Excellent experience with Novus. I have an old truck and I was worried that shops would turn me down as I had to source my own glass. They gave me a quote within 24 hours of reaching out and got me in their shop quickly. I should say that I reached out to every other glass shop in Davis and Novus was the only business to reply.
I dropped my truck off and it was ready in 2 hours. Reasonable price for the job. They even cleaned the glass and got rid of all the old stickers that had cracked in the sun.
Would definitely recommend this shop!

Review: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Awful experience overall. Will never use this company in my life, terrible customer service as well. No one answers the phone or returns voicemails or emails. I own a Toyota Mirai but the shop had my vehicle down as a Camry so they never ordered the correct parts. Two weeks passed, no updates, no calls to make an appointment, nothing. Ended up calling my insurance to have them submit my claim to a different shop named Safelite, which had my car taken care of right the next day and I am very satisfied with my new windshield. I have never had such a bad experience at any shop, Speedy Glass is not “speedy” at all.

Review: Hi there – I just went to Novus Glass this morning and the young man who did my work was good. I actually had this problem before on one of my other cars and he came out to do the job and replaced it w no problem. It took about 45 min and the work was solid both times. My only gripe w him was he began questioning me about where the crack in my window came from and I if I had noticed certain things about the crack… I just answered the questions honestly but I continued to get grilled as if he didn’t believe I was telling the truth. Which kind of threw me. I was still polite and even asked for his name and to still shake his hand. I really don’t know what his problem was or what the reason was for all the third degree questioning. But yea that left a bad taste in my mouth. Like I said the work was good. But the People skills were definitely lacking w this company. The young lady on the phone who took care of me was also very impersonal and seemed to have an attitude. They could definitely use a class on customer service. And idk if that has anything to do w it but I’m also African American. Customer service was as little disappointing.
