She took her time, Paid attention to detail and was just Pure perfection. She was also super friendly:) pricing wasn’t too bad either. Met the owner who was very nice and welcoming. But during the process I was already starting to feel uncomfortable as my nails started burning midway through the filing and that’s never happened before. Also I got charged 90 DOLLARS for a fill on my natural nail length with a few French tips and simple designs. For 90 dollars I’d at least expect better quality but the first time one of the stickers started peeling and even now it’s peeling again after I went to go get it fixed for a second time. I’ve been to so many salons and even private nails techs that have done much more complicated designs and lengths but never have I been charged this unreasonable amount. I was respectful the entire time but when I went the second time 2 of the ladies were questioning on why I didn’t immediately say something about the price if I was worried about it in a very rude manner. Like excuse me I have work too I was in a rush to leave I didn’t check the price in the moment. I almost never leave Google reviews but I genuinely want everyone to know how amazing this place is. Fair pricing, every single nail tech is caring/kind/polite, and all their techs are extremely good at their jobs. My favorite is Will, who’s been doing my Japanese builder gel extensions for over 4 months now. They don’t rush, they happily redo little mistakes done and the prices are fair for this area. I had an appointment but had to wait for 30 minutes. They didn’t let me know ahead it would take that long. It was my first time there and the guy who I spoke to on phone when making an appointment- told me the prices but when I get the services done – the lady rudely tells me there are additional charges. This is when they are almost done so no mention earlier. Finally the quality was awful. I got dip with French done – but they don’t even do a full dip because the technician says ‘it’s too difficult’ but they charge dip rates. I am definitely not going back. The appointments were plentiful, the prices were good, the facility is beautiful and clean, the massage chairs were heaven. Color selection was fire too.
