Signature Glass Tinting

I took my car here many years ago. Like 10 years ago and I recently developed some bubbling along with some tint peeling caused by my mistake. They took care of me and honored their policies. My tint is literally brand new again for the rear window and another window. They are friendly. Know what they’re doing. Have quality brand tint. And charge reasonable prices. If you are looking to get your tint done or redone, this is the place to go. Long story: I have an old 2006 civic I bought basically-new 17 years ago that runs perfectly. I only put 3K miles on it per year I can’t justify getting a new car. However, it looks like crap. So I decided to spend a couple bucks to refresh it and make it look more presentable. First upgrade was a paint job. Second was tint. The rear window was severely bubbled so, I got some quotes on Yelp. First of all, of the 4 companies who replied, David R at Signature Glass was by far the most friendly and helpful. Better yet, the price he quoted was almost half of what competitors were quoting ($175 for SGT, ~$290 for competitors). When I brought the car in, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of their shop. Further, all the employees just had this air to them of deeply caring about the quality of their service and the customer experience. They looked at the car again and explained to me that with the window this bad, they were not hopeful the rear defroster would survive. They even called their “Glass Guy” to see if it would just be cheaper for me to replace the rear window and do new tint. It wasn’t, due to my model of car, however just the fact that they were willing to lose out on the income to provide me the best possible option was further evidence of their commitment to the customer experience. Carry (sp?) was very knowledgable and helped me come up with the best option for my budget and needs. I ended up upgrading to the mid level tint ($215 total) as their demo box sold me on it’s significant improvement in heat reflection. The job did take most of the day, however there is a great coffee shop within walking distance (Moongoat) that I was able to work at. Upon pickup, they informed me that the old tint came off rather easily and they believe the defroster should be fine. The tint also looks absolutely perfect. I was not originally planning on getting the rest of the windows done, but with service and prices and skill this good–as well as a lifetime warranty– it is hard to resist. I suspect I will come back to do so. All in all, fantastic experience. I would recommend their service to anyone and wish more businesses were anywhere close to this customer centric.
