This is three months after I posted this in good faith… And the problem still is not resolved, even though I have gone out of my way to be accommodating, available and understanding. Customer service was poor and staff was inconsiderate and rude at times. They damaged the car while working on it and refused to fix the damages they caused. Two staff members communicated things that in my opinion were blatantly dishonest.
