Review: Hugo is on his game. I have never had any window tinting done, ever, so I didn’t know what to expect. I needed my VW’s rear window tinted because everyone drives monster trucks now, and headlights in my rear view bug me. Super happy with El Tri. The price was reasonable, it didn’t take long at all, and most importantly the quality of the work was excellent.
I’ll be back.

It wasn’t about the sale it was a genuine effort to solve my problem, which he did quickly and thoroughly. Love working with people like Hugo and it reminds me to take the same approach with those I come across everyday. Highly recommend!

Review: After working with them for about 3 years their customer service depleted. Not like I had a pleasant experience before but prices were fair so I gave them a shot. Today was nonetheless of a smooth transition, pathetic assist, rude guy. never answers the phone I called 6 times. Came to see what’s going on in person. sign posted “open” with a sign next to it “only available with appointments.” How? I called multiple times and no luck. after waiting for about 15 minutes he kicks me out and yells to come back next week and slams the door on me. not even willing to give me a price quote at the very least. Honestly with their crummy next door neighbor being a tattoo shop I guess I should’ve surmised they’re all saps in a shack.
