I’ve needed their help several times when my side windows were smashed and once when my windshield was cracked. They got the work done quickly at the cost they quoted. No surprises and very honest. We called Auto Glass Express and they got back to us right away. They were able to get us a next day appointment. The service was speedy and well done. The staff were kind, efficient, and helpful. The repair price was very reasonable. Basically everything I would think to ask for and then a little more. The quote was at a competitive price and then I paid less than they quoted me. They followed up with me immediately upon opening at 8am the next day, and I was able to book an appointment the day of at 11am. By 12:15pm, I had paid and was driving away with an OEM replacement that looked as good as new! The online quote feature is fantastic, and it’s clear they fully value transparency for their customers. I knew the exact price (around $326) before booking an appointment and they accept all forms of payment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I know they also offer a mobile service for those who can’t visit their main location. Just stop searching and go with this business!
