Review: Paul scheduled my appointment over the phone for a Saturday at 4pm, he was very nice and pleasant to deal with. However he wasn’t there the day of. I arrived a few minutes before 4pm, they didn’t seem to have the quote I was given over the phone. The guy in charge gave me a quote and asked me when I wanna come back, I said I don’t wanna come back, I have an appointment right now. He looked stressed out and said ok, I’ll finish it even if I have to stay late. No waiting room, I waited outside for an hour for an uber that never showed up, it was now 5pm and they still hadn’t started on my car, they were still working on 2 others. At that point I just asked for my key, no apology, no attempt to reschedule. Not sure how good their tints are and I’ll never find out. Customer service is key, and that day it was non existant.
