But I’ve tried calling and coming into the store and waiting for you to be available (patiently) for 2 hours. I understand you wanting your service manager James to handle his department. So I did speak with James. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful! He had an attitude & annoyed I was there the moment I walked in his office. The whole conversation he kept looking at me up and down saying “I ain’t refunding yo money and taking that charge back so what do you want”. I do understand him not wanting to be “charged back” because he didn’t have anything to do with the initial “diagnostic repair fee”. Probably supposed to have considering he is the manager, but he didn’t. However the way he decided to handle the situation was uncalled for and unprofessional. He alone confirmed A LOT of people’s recommendations of staying away from Bull’s service department. I also never asked him for a refund, he just assumed thats why I was there. That is exactly why I was there, but I never verbally told him that. I seen the conversation was already had in his mind before my arrival and the only thing he was worried about was not refunding me, so I asked him to speak with Brian and I was told “find him”. So I seen another employee and told him I was needing to speak with Brian he replied yes ma’am I will let him know. I continued to wait for two hours as all the employees had little group meetings about why I was there and what should happen. Your sign you have hanging above your service department says diagnostic REPAIR fee starts at $140. No one diagnosed anything nor repaired anything. The truck was checked in and out in less than 20 mins. We were told the same message the truck displayed. So your quick scam to keep $160 for a diagnostic fee was my initial issue! We was presented with a quote of $2,000.72. I called one other shop and was quoted $650, so of course we went with the same work for $650. I came in wanting a refund on the diagnostic fee, because the mechanic that replaced the radiator said the weld came undone and that should’ve been covered under warranty and gave me the radiator to bring in to show you. Your service “manager” James never let me get these details out, so I waited 2 hours to explain this to you (Brian). Only one employee had time today to listen and that was Austin. Whom was very apologetic and explained to me I was not being refunded for the diagnostic repair fee and the part was not covered under warranty. Cool, thanks for actually communicating with the customer. Also thank you Brian for showing me how you truly do business and for waisting my day and not refunding the $160 for reading me the message my truck displayed and calling that the diagnostic fee. If you would like to refund my money I’ll remove the review and we go our separate ways.
