The stereo isn’t picking up my voice. I swear you said the microphone. I don’t see it, or it’s not working. 2: the satellite radio isn’t getting a good signal at all. Either there’s an issue with what installed, you didn’t install an antenna for the tuner (which should be standard when that is purchased and installed), or it was also not installed correctly. Kindly schedule an appointment for this issue and kindly resolve the issue asap. Please. Update: I found the microphone for the hands free phone use. However, it doesn’t seem to want to pick up my voice very well while on calls (automated phone trees can’t understand me, nor do voice assistants on my phone). That was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. All I was wanting was for you to try to fix the issues I found. Instead you chose to go on a tirade of varying complaints. Your response should have been as follows: ‘ i’m sorry you’re experiencing issues. I will contact you Monday to set up an appointment to bring your vehicle in to see if we can get those issues resolved for you.’ Instead I heard your complaints about not being open on Sunday which I understand being at church which I was also in church and you were treating me and my wife exceptionally poorly. I take exception to that. I’m going to give you two options, number one resolve the issue, number two remove the equipment that you installed and The same reinstall my Factory equipment and return my money. You let me know what you choose to do and let me know when you choose to do it and I will be there. I am also posting pictures of all of the messages that I’ve sent you on Google for reviews for your business.
