The two owners could not have done a better job when I had questions about what item I should get for a new Mercedes Benz. Couldn’t beat the prices at all and even better was the customer service. Had the windows tinted but will most definitely be back for a new stereo for my other vehicle. He went by multiple times during business hours and no one was working. When he finally caught someone, the man working (Ian is his name) provided awful service, tried to install a used radio and when my husband asked for a new one he said they didn’t keep products in stock and he’d have to take the used one from the display wall. When he asked to have a new one ordered, Ian rudely told him that he didn’t know when they would get more in so take it or leave it. We requested a call from the owner who we were told was Ross Glover and never received one. When we followed up with Ian we were told that the owner had been on vacation for 3 weeks he couldn’t control what the owner does. No concern at all for the customer.
