Was told it needed 2 hours of extra work before an alignment could be performed. I was charged $607.58 for everything when I picked up my truck. I observed that the steering wheel was 3” off center and the wheels were leaning in at the top. In confusion, I asked why their work was obviously incorrect. They claimed lower control arm was “rolled in” among other excuses. I left there and took the truck to Jonesboro Alignment. They aligned my truck within minutes and said nothing was wrong with the front end. I also had them remove the inferior leveling kit from DNW and had them replace it with one made of metal Total price from DNW -$607.58 Total price Jonesboro Alignment – $300.00 I have been a patron of DNW since they opened, but I will never again let them touch another vehicle of mine.
