And they wanted email from the dealership on what was tighten down, service representative responded same day. Sent them an email with the follow up the following weekend on Tuesday.no return email and called back said guy was gone for haircut called again 2hours later person busy other person said they’re not gonna warrant it. I should’ve brought the vehicle to them so if you don’t know what’s wrong with your vehicle, you think there’s something with your front end. Know you get Charged by them and still got take to dealership. doesn’t make no sense Definitely read all reviews and check other businesses. That do the work needed. . The reply from owner, it’s not the refund which was the problem, it was the customer service which was given afterwards it took a review to post on problem to get a response instead of talking to different individuals and verse email. Their shop help is well trained and experienced and did a phenomenal job on the installation of my Fiancee’s exoskeleton! Bo was our shop guy and he was great. If you are looking to get something special ordered in then ask for Chris. He was our go to guy for the whole thing! I was so happy with the way he handled everything! He stayed on the vendors and made sure everything was ordered and delivered properly. We originally just went there looking to order a rooftop tent but I was so impressed with the way he handled things that we went ahead and ordered an exoskeleton while we were at it. I say this is your off-road go to place in our area! Hit them up and they will get you taken care of!
