I called several places that would install a Leer. Well this is NOT the place to ever call to get this done. First of all- the initial phone calls and order process seemed fairly well but when my wife and I went to pick up the truck RED flags!!! The 12 v dual tube lights that I ordered definitely were no where to be found, the lights they did install had wires hanging down around them, there were chips in the paint along the windows and the metal then of course the pearl white paint definitely doesn’t match (can’t do anything about that), the liner was bubbled up In areas all inside the camper and lastly I specifically wanted it to where when I was inside the camper that I didn’t need to run my truck and headlights. There should have been a proper switch placed on it. When calling and addressing all my concerns the switch drastically changed on the customer service attitude. Told me that Leer was no longer using or installing the tube lights because of them not sticking. I called several places, this is in fact INVALID information!! When I took the truck back to get a prop switch put on i was told I would get a call when it was done and hours went by with no call. Luckily, I called before they closed and they said yea its been done for a while. They also told me they would order the right tube lights and yea havent heard from them since!! They are absolutely CLUELESS to this type of product. $4000 in their pocket and I’m not a very satisfied customer. Will NEVER use them again. —– Author: R C Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/13/2022, 6:12:24 AM Review: I love using Omega! The guys do great work and they know their stuff when it comes to vehicles. However, when I drop off my Jeep and I’m told it will be “an hour to hour and a half”, it should not be more than three hours and still no call! I just happened to come by to check and see if my Jeep was ready…and everyone was sitting at the front desk talking. Meanwhile, I’m waiting and killing time, missing work. I won’t ever call again.
