Took a week to play tag in order to setup appt for estimate approx $3k job. Vendor no call, no show for 2pm appt. Calls go to vm. ????? Update: Guy calls my phone to tell me to remove review and that things came up on Fri and he couldn’t do it, and that my appt was for Sat 2pm. Interesting, no text, vm from vendor to communicate any change. Info entered in google calendar at the moment you confirmed date/time. Fri 2pm. One good way to spot a liar or manipulator is that they posture with anger/name calling and questioning someone else mental capacity as the Gaslighting continues. Update#2 Owner Keeps texting my phone. States never did a bad job. Ck out other prospective customers looking for Service with Same comments. Yet its the customers fault! Tamara Perkins 2 reviews a month ago HORRIBLE SERVICE. I called earlier in the week to have an appointment and the appointment was set for Sunday between 9 and 10 a.m. No one ever called to confirm the appt. So on Sunday 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am I called and no one answered. Idalis Arnold 3 reviews a year ago Critical: Punctuality Was really excited to get my windows tinted by this company since I’ve heard great things about it and a close friend of mine recommended me to them. I was given one quote then was told they would “never go that low”. Scheduled my first appointment with them then had to reschedule no big deal. Today my appointment was at 7am, 7am comes around no one showed up. 8am comes around no one showed up, didn’t receive a courtesy call/text/email saying anything. I had to call them SIX times no one answered, finally receive a text saying they were going to start HOURS later and they would give me a call until then never giving me an exact time when they be at my house. Ultimately, had to cancel my appointment since I didn’t feel comfortable doing business with them, very disappointed. 2 Response from the ownera year ago Hi Idalis. I’m very sorry you were so disappointed with a service you hadn’t received, that you were compelled to cancel our 3pm appointment, in order to post what most would consider an unfair review of said services. What you failed to mention was how much we had to discount our service in order to earn your business, based on the referral of a loyal customer who btw had no such issues.
