Review: Passenger window got broken on a Sunday afternoon & less than 24 hours it was replaced!
They answered the phone promptly, then sent a technician to my apartment to fix it the very next day!
Super friendly & fairly priced. 10/10 WOULD recommend!

Review: Stay away from these guys , they are not honest and can’t fave theor customers . Then after my response was sent to the owner ,his response was ” oh well let him be ” ..find someone that values your business.
Hi Larry, good afternoon. This is Jessica with Auto Glass Factory. Reaching out because unfortunately hector wont be able to make it out today to look at vehicle lock. We are off on saturday and are booked monday as well. We typically dont do that type of work and hes willing to go and take a look at it for you but we wont be able to until maybe tuesday so long as we’re not super busy that day.
My response:
Ok well he said that last week and that he’d be out Monday and then didn’t respond until Wednesday, then today he said after 2pm. Honestly stay that’s really bad customer service. If you couldn’t then he should have just said so
. Not telling your customers the truth is as bad as not wanting their business or referrals. I’ll find some one else that values our companies business and won’t lie to us.. I’ll be placing my experience on your companies review because people should know what a waste of time you have been.
