My driver’s side window failed. I had my car filled with items for an event for my company. 1. Way after dark JJ came to my home and secured the window so I could go to work the next day on a Thursday. The event was Saturday. 2. 11Bravo showed up at the event, got my keys and replaced the part. 3. People who show up when you need them a few and far between. 4. All of my coworkers are very impressed with the profession service and understanding. 5. We ALL recommend 11 Bravo. They came to my house and repaired my driver’s side window as the motor had failed. JJ and family are the definition of the word integrity. Quick, honest and a favorable price point. Amanda responded to our quote request same day ( Thursday) & by Monday JJ was on-site completing the job!! We are a business (Heitek Automation) & we needed 2 company vehicles worked on. 2 complete windshield replacements. Because these are company vehicles we could not go through our insurance, this was 100% an out of pocket expense. Amanda & JJ have competitive prices AND their Customer Service & Quality work are unmatched!! We WILL continue to use their services anytime the need arises. Between Amanda’s quick quote response and professionalism & JJ’s Quality work and professionalism, 11 Bravo Auto Glass is an Amazing, Trustworthy, VETERAN, LOCAL Family Run Business!!
