The Tint Spot & Clear Bra

I proceeded to let the front office lady know that the only reason I’m trying to book with them is because my friend just had his entire Honda Truck wrapped for 1500.00. The front lady who answered the phone then just stated that their prices went up in the last 3 months. To me, it seems a little bit ridiculous that I’m paying more to get the front end of my vehicle wrapped today than what someone else paid to get the entire truck wrapped 3 months ago. I believe in inflation and I understand the prices are going up but that price hike to me There’s no way that makes any sense in my opinion. I then proceeded to say screw it. Let’s go ahead and book it, but I asked the lady if there’s anyway we can get it done that same day Or if she would be willing to ask someone to see if it can be done that same day, she then proceeded to say that because it’s a full front and it has to be an overnight job didn’t even bother to ask anyone . This left A bad taste in my mouth so I decided to just cancel and not do anything moving forward I proceeded to look up other companies I found a way higher rated company And their customer service was phenomenal right off the back and made me feel like they were 100% trying to take care of me and answer all of my questions Explain how the process gonna go and even included add-ons I never received this customer service with the Tint spot. Not to mention that a company that is higher rated than they are that has better customer service and way more five star reviews. They have a price of $1500 included the entire front end to be wrapped and different add-ons as well to me , This was a no-brainer decision. I hate to write reviews like this, but being that I am in the service industry to me customer customer service from the front desk is everything because they’re the first people who talk to the customer. Excellent work and fair prices. As a returning customer I felt like my continued business was appreciated. My only regret is not putting ceramic tint on the first car. Saved up for the others, and noticed a huge difference. Update: Brought a 4th car and had the same excellent same service. I learn from my mistakes.
